Restart printer & check network connection. |

Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click printer, select Cancel all documents. Restart the Print Spooler service (services.msc). |
| Poor print quality |
Ensure toner is not low, clean printheads, and use recommended paper. |
| Printer shows "offline" |
Check network settings and ping the printer’s IP address. |
| Paper jams |
Open the printer cover and carefully remove any jammed paper. Check for any small paper fragments inside. |
